IDM offers training program and training aids
IDM has trained several hundreds of Six Sigma GreenBelts & BlackBelts as well as close to one thousand of Lean practitioners at multiple companies in global locations. Our program can be tailored to your respective needs, budget, and resource allocation. Our training covers specific target audiences from senior company officers to the shop floor team members.
Besides formal onsite classroom training, we can also enhance your online trained employees with hands on coaching and real world project execution. Our certified LeanSigma Master Black Belt credential can assist you in the certification process through formal examination, interview, and project evaluation. A typical class size ranges from 10 to 20 students to promote interaction and competition learning. Our interactive training excels in development both technical and interpersonal skills.
We recommend each student (Six Sigma or Lean) to have an assigned improvement project prior to the class. During each week of training, each student will be applying the newly learned tools on his/ her specific project in real time. There is a break in between the 2 weeks of training where the student will validate the analysis and findings at the Gemba (where it is happening).

- Short course on Minitab usage - 2 days (required completion of GB training)
